As Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer, I am lucky to have a team of forward looking and self-driven individuals who are pursuing our vision earnestly. FWEL's success is attributable to the hard work, dedication and commitment of the team across all stages of the Projects.

Going forward, the importance of close monitoring and effective Operation and Maintenance of the Projects cannot be overemphasized. We are diligently working with our Contractors for maximizing the revenue and to ensure longevity of our Projects. We are also investing in HR development through advanced training of our team in order to implement global standards of Operation and Maintenance. The strategy with which the Projects are being managed today will determine their future viability and pave the way for extending the life of the Projects beyond their intended life cycle.

We also take great pride in our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, which include various ongoing projects in the region, such as provision of Clean Drinking Water, Domestic Solar Systems, Establishment of Vocational Training Center, provision of Primary Education and Health Care. We will continue our strides for expanding our community outreach and to improve the lives of the rural population in the area, In Shaa Allah.
